Melissa Jones, Founder and CEO
Melissa has over 20 years of experience in management, marketing, and sales in high technology. She has an extensive background in launching emerging technologies, products, and services, and in managing global teams. Prior to founding EverFile she spent 7 years in marketing, sales and corporate management positions at early-stage semiconductor and silicon intellectual property start-ups. She spent 14 years in various global marketing and sales positions with Philips Semiconductors and Philips Consumer Electronics.

Sharon Long, Director, Customer Operations
Sharon has over 20 years of experience managing brand and channel development programs. Her expertise is increasing product sales through channel and customer programs, with emphasis on the customer experience. Sharon most recently handled strategic account management for the e-commerce division of Wood Associates. Her $15 million account base included firms such as Cisco Systems, SBC, and Charles Schwab. Before this, she was with Philips Semiconductors, where she managed North American distributor channel promotion programs.

Glen Balzer
Glen is President of New Era Consulting, and also co-founder and CFO of Sand Hill Angels. Glen has an extensive background in technology management and sales. Prior to founding New Era he was CEO of Be Here Corporation. He also held positions as VP North American Sales and Marketing
at Philips Semiconductors; President, Components Division at Western Micro Technology; and President of AMD Japan.

Courtney Behm

Courtney is principal consultant with Viewpoint Solutions, which she founded in 1999 following 23 years in high technology marketing. She began her career with IBM and held management positions at Motorola/Codex, Wang Laboratories, Telebit and Cisco Systems. Her areas of expertise include marketing, new product introduction, strategy development, process change, and leadership development.

Patrick Boudreau
Pat is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Transmeta Corporation. He was formerly principal of PVB Associates, a management consulting and executive search firm for high technology companies. Pat has a broad background with high technology. In prior position he served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Cirrus Logic, Vice President, Human Resources at Fujitsu Microelectronics, and Senior Vice President at Lazer-Tron Corporation.

Charles Harwood
Chuck was most recently co-founder of the Quality Improvement Company, a consulting and training firm. He authored the book, "Kick Down the Door of Complacency: Seize the Power of Continuous Improvement." Chuck was CEO of Signetics Corporation, a major semiconductor manufacturer, and prior to this he held several positions at Corning, Inc., including product division general manager and corporate vice president.

Mary Robins
Mary is currently Director of Career Services at Menlo College, a private college specializing in management and communications, offering career counseling and assessment to students of all ages and experience levels. Mary is also the current president of the California Career Development Association, a professional organization for career development practitioners. She is the author of "A Guide to Portfolios: Creating and Using Assessment, Career and Personal Portfolios."

Shelley Sweet
Shelley is the founder and principal of I-4 Management Consulting, providing business process optimization, strategic planning and accelerated learning programs for high technology corporations. Her work involves redesigning processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. She also works with non-profit and government organizations throughout California to create actionable programs and deliver sustainable results.

Maria Tseng
Maria is with the RevGen Group, specializing in product definition and strategic marketing for systems hardware and software as well as ebusiness. She managed technology licensing for Cisco Systems and strategic marketing for Philips Semiconductors. As a co-founder of Echo Canyon Software, she managed it from concept through its sale. Maria holds an MBA from Boston College.
