If you sign up for a paid subscription before your 30-day free trial ends, your data will automatically carry over into your subscription.

If you prefer to start your EverFile subscription immediately, without the 30-day free trial, you have a choice of plans to suit your needs. You will be billed in a single payment at the time you start your subscription.

Introductory offer: First-time subscribers who sign up immediately for a 1-year paid subscription without taking the 30-day free trial get an additional 6 months free - for a total of 18 months.

In order to qualify for the Enrolled Student rate, before you register please fax a copy of your current student ID card to 408-243-1513. Include your name, the name of the school where you are currently enrolled, telephone number, and email address. We will notify you by email when you are approved for the student rate.

EverFile's standard subscription plans provide storage for up to 2 gigabytes, and most people find this is sufficient for several years. However, if you create portfolios with large sample files, you may want to upgrade to a larger storage plan with an additional monthly cost. Because storage costs do change over time, we offer 1-year and 3-year plans.

You may export your data at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you have 5 days after the date you cancel to export your material. After this deadline, for security purposes, EverFile reserves the right to log off your data.
