Paperless Record Exchange
EverFile's docking utility enables secure,
paperless exchange of records between
individual subscribers and participating
(subscribing) organizations.
A unique Individual Subscriber Docking
Code is assigned to you when you start
your subscription. You will find your
assigned Docking Code [link to pop-up
window 1 - below] listed at the top of
your My Account page, and you will also
find it listed below the Docking Bay navigation
table (it is visible to the left of this
page).
An organization subscriber (employer,
school, association, or service provider,
for example) that wants to share EverFile
records with individual subscribers has
its own unique Organization Docking Code.
When you are ready to dock a record,
you will need two codes:
- Your Individual Subscriber Docking
Code - assigned when you become a subscriber
- The Organization Docking Code of your
target organization - provided to you
by the organization
What If the Organization Doesn't Have
a Docking Code?
If you would like to dock your record
with an organization that is not a subscriber
to the EverFile system, you can request
that the organization contact EverFile
to obtain a subscription by contacting
customersupport@everfile.com.
You can also email customersupport@everfile.com
and request EverFile to contact the organization
on your behalf. While we cannot guarantee
an organization will agree to become a
subscriber, many organizations appreciate
the benefits of the EverFile system, especially
when interested individual subscribers
request to dock their records.
