Primary Input Categories are the backbone of the EverFile System, designed to capture your data for ongoing personal information management. The best way to build an accurate, complete record is to enter current data when something changes. To add past data, pick a point in time that is easy for you to remember and add what you can. This method helps trigger more recollections, and work backward or forward in time. Don't worry if you can't remember everything at one sitting. Consolidated Views roll up important data from your Primary Input Categories, data you might want to showcase in a resume, for example. When you enter data in a Primary Input Category (above), you decide whether you want to have it roll up into a Consolidated View.
